We drove up to Niagara Falls last weekend for an early morning start. The mist from the Horseshoe Falls hit our faces before we even saw the water. We took the Maid of the Mist boat ride, got completely soaked, and then walked behind the falls in the Cave of the Winds. Lunch was poutine at a diner near Clifton Hill. By late afternoon, we were back in the car, tired but happy.
